Return & Refund

Each piece is carefully tailored for you specifically, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

We are happy to provide size exchange/alterations. However, the courier must be sent back to us by the customer. 

Please raise a request for any alteration or size exchange within 3 days of the order being delivered.

Cancellation of orders placed within 3 hours shall be accepted and refund processed within 7-10 working days.
